Jamie Johnson

Jamie is a Personal and Team Performance specialist who started his working life with Cadbury Schweppes, where he built a successful career in selling. He moved into sales recruitment, selection and search. Jamie subsequently focussed on learning and development, where he has been working with organisations in the UK, mainland Europe and the USA for over 20 years.

He specialises in helping organisations increase individual and team performance through bespoke learning and development interventions. Over the last 10 years his interest in personality and its impact on (buyer and seller) behaviour has provided valuable insights for his clients into how to work more collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
